If you are interested in the IT Help Desk/End-User Support program, the first step is to apply to join the MoSTEMWINs program. This grant funded program will assist you in being admitted to STLCC, assessing and improving your college readiness, and exploring financial aid options if needed. Questions about the services provided by the MoSTEMWINs grant will be answered when you attend an information session. This skill-oriented program prepares students for help desk and desktop support technician positions in the enterprise. The foundational principles of end-user support including client operating system and application software, hardware and software installation, system configuration, problem diagnosis and resolution and computer security. The courses in the program provide a combination of online, distance learning and intensive, classroom-based, hands-on skills development. The demonstration of hands-on skills is critical to employers. Students completing the program are prepared for a variety of industry certification exams as well as entry-level employment technical interviews.

The IT Help Desk/ End User Support program is offered at our Meramec campus. Students may take general education classes toward this degree at any of our four campuses, our five education centers, and online.
